Can be made with these products:


  • 200g strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 100g porridge oats
  • 4-5 ice cubes


  • Roughly chop the strawberries and add to the beaker.
  • Peel and chop down the banana.
  • Add all the ingredients to the beaker.
  • Blend until smooth.

Oats make you fuller for longer - this can help towards weight loss.
