Best muffins I have ever made
They looked beautiful when they came out of my oven after the maximum time - well risen and golden. Not sure why they went flat on cooling as I measured the ingredient exactly per the recipe, but I might try a little less fluid next time (or perhaps I put in too much fruit. However, they were very tasty.
