2 large Maris Piper or King Edwardpotatoes
1 tbsp cornfl our or potato flour
2 tbsp melted butter
Salt and pepper

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 10 minutes


  1. Peel the potatoes
  2. Attach either one of the below to yourmachine;
    • Food processor with thick grating disc
    • Continuous slicer/grater with the thickgrating disc
    • Rotary slicer/grater with the thickgrating drum
  3. Grate the potato and set aside in a bowl.
  4. Add the cornfl our, butter, salt and pepperand mix well with a wooden spoon.
  5. Shape into fl at round discs approximately8cm in diameter and 2cm tall (the mixtureshould make 4).
  6. Heat a pan with a little butter and frygently for about 4 minutes on each side untilgolden and cooked through.
