Ruby Grapefruit Oatie

300ml ruby grapefruit juice, chilled
200ml natural wholemilk yoghurt, chilled
2 x 15ml spoons clear honey
2 x 15ml spoons porridge oats
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks

Serves 2


  1. Pour the grapefruit juice into the goblet. Add the yoghurt, honey, oats and banana chunks.
  2. Switch the smoothie to mix for 10 seconds, then to smooth for 30 seconds. Serve immediately in tall glasses
