Beetroot Sliced Salad

Can be made with these products:


3 beetroot, cooked
1 golden beetroot, cooked
100g salad radishes, trimmed 
1 red onion, trimmed and halved 
3 spring onions, trimmed and roughly chopped 
60g watercress

For the dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil 
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 
Seasoning, to taste

To garnish:
15g chives, roughly chopped 


  1. Fit the drive shaft and bowl onto the power unit of the Food Processor.
  2. Fit the fine slicing disc onto the drive shaft.
  3. Process the beetroots and red onion through the large feed tube on speeds 5 – 8, using the large pusher.
  4. Process the radish through the small feed tube on speeds 5 – 8 using the small pusher.
  5. Transfer the sliced ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl, add the chopped spring onions and watercress before adding the dressing ingredients, then toss to combine.
  6. Transfer the salad to a serving dish, garnish with chopped chives before serving.
