This delicious ice cream is completely vegan. Serve with our vegan caramel sauce.


  • Coconut milk                 400 ml
  • Pitted Medjool Dates      265 g
  • Cashew butter               125 g
  • Sea salt                        0.5 tsp
  • Vanilla extract                2 tsp

Getting started

  • Fit the Stir Tool to the CookEasy+ bowl.
  • Fit the CookEasy+ Bowl to the machine.

Ready to Cook

Stage 1

  • Add the ingredients (coconut milk, dates, cashew butter, salt, vanilla) into the bowl.
  • Attach the lid and ensure the filler cap is in place. 
  • Blend for 1 minute at speed 12.
  • Pour the ice cream into a plastic container.
  • Freeze for about 4 hours, whisking the ice cream every half hour.
  • Serve.
