A wonderful, luxurious dessert that will please at any dinner party. The pears can be kept refrigerated in their poaching liquid for up to three days.
- Sugar 215 g
- Champagne 750 g
- Water 450 g
- Lemon 1
- Orange 1
- Cinnamon stick 0.5
- Pears 4
Before you begin
Zest the lemon and orange.
Peel the pear but keep the steam attached.
Fit the Stir Tool to the CookEasy+ Bowl.
Fit the kCook Bowl to the machine.
Ready to Cook
Add sugar, champagne, water zest, cinnamon into the CookEasy+ bowl.
Attach the lid and ensure the Filler cap is NOT fitted.
Cook for 3 minutes, at 94°C on speed 3.
Remove the stir tool.
Add the pears into the CookEasy+ bowl – try to stand them up.
Cook for 25 minutes at 94°C.
