This colourful and refreshing dip is delicious served with pitta bread or vegetable sticks.

Ingredients

  • 250g Fresh Beetroot (about 2) - Cooked & Halved
  • 400g Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Sprigs Mint
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • Fit the bowl and the blade to your CookEasy+
  • Add the fresh beetroot, greek yoghurt, mint, lemon juice and garlic clove to the CookEasy bowl. 
  • Attached the lid with the filler cap fitted.
  • Blend for 2 minutes on speed 12
  • Serve and enjoy
