This colourful and refreshing dip is delicious served with pitta bread or vegetable sticks.
- 250g Fresh Beetroot (about 2) - Cooked & Halved
- 400g Greek Yogurt
- 3 Sprigs Mint
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Fit the bowl and the blade to your CookEasy+
- Add the fresh beetroot, greek yoghurt, mint, lemon juice and garlic clove to the CookEasy bowl.
- Attached the lid with the filler cap fitted.
- Blend for 2 minutes on speed 12
- Serve and enjoy
