Got BM450. Made this bread many times in 500gr and 750gr. Always successfully. Great taste. Only one thing: I increase Sun Dried Tomatoes portion, then stated in recipe: for 500gr loaf I put 35gr of tomatoes, for 750gr loaf I put 40gr of tomatoes. It is give to bread more enriched taste of tomatoes. And always use oil from Sun Dried Tomatoes jar, rather then regular olive oil. Also, if you don't have Parmesan cheese in hand-no doubt you can take any (e.q. Cheddar) hard grated cheese. Result will be also great. Many thanks for this tasty recipe!
