For 500g loaf 245ml water 2tsp lemon juice1tbsp skimmed milk powder 1/2tsp salt 1tsp sugar 15g butter 300g wholemeal bread flour 50g unbleached white bread flour 1tsp easy blend dried yeast 2tsp poppy seeds2tsp ightly toasted sesame seeds 2tsp pumpkin seeds2tsp sunflower seeds
