Ingredients 
Water  350 grams
Strong flour  500 grams
Salt  1 tsp.
Sourdough starter  300 grams

Method

Getting started 

1- Fit the Spiral dough tool to the machine.
2- Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
3- Oil the two large bowls.
 
Stage 1 
 
 1- Add the Ingredients (water, flour, salt, starter) into the Mixer bowl.
 2- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.
 3- Mix on speed 1 for about 10 minutes.
 4- Cover with a damp tea towel.
 5- Leave to prove for 4 hours.
 6- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured worksurface.
 7- Divide into 2 equal pieces.
 8- Shape into round loaves.
 9- Place the dough into the oiled bowls.
10- Cover with a damp tea towel.
11- Pre heat the oven to 250°C.
12- Place a small baking dish full of water in the bottom of the oven. 
13- Transfer the dough to the baking tray, dust with flour and score the top of the loaf.
14- Bake for 35 minutes at 250°C or until the loaf sounds hollow when the bottom is tapped.
15- Leave to cool.
16- Serve.
