A blend nutrient-packed ingredients to help invigorate your day with a burst of health and flavour.
Ingredients
- 120g seedless green grapes
- 50g baby spinach leaves, washed
- Small handful of parsley
- ¼ cucumber
- 200ml coconut water
- A few ice-cubes
Method
- Add all of the ingredients into the blender and using the drinks programme, blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
