Green Goddess Smoothie recipe
Packed with essential vitamins and minerals, this is a great start to the morning.
- 1 apple
- 5g ginger root, peeled
- 1 cucumber
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 16 leaves parsley leaves
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- Lemon Juice (juice of 1 lemon squeezed)
- 150ml bottled sparkling water
- Core the apple and cut it into quarters then peel the ginger.
- Wash and chop the cucumber and celery into approximately 3cm sized pieces.
- Place all the ingredients into the blender and attach to the food processor base.
- Process on max speed until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
