Think you can't beat a traditional apple crumble? Think again – the secret is all in the fruit. You can't beat a super comforting crumble on a cold day, and this Apple and Pear Crumble is the perfect fruit combination. Soft and sweet fruit topped with a buttery crumble. Either top it with custard or with ice cream for an indulgent dessert.




  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Attach the K-Beater
  3. Add butter, all purpose flour and demerara sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted then set aside - 1 min, Speed 1
  6. Add green apple, pear, honey and ground cinnamon to a clean medium bowl
  7. Mix until combined then set aside
  8. Transfer fruit to baking dish
  9. Sprinkle crumble mix over the fruit
  10. Bake - 50 min, 190°C
  11. Serve
