Use this as your base recipe for any crumble dessert. Simply sprinkle on top of stewed fruits such as apples and blackberries or rhubarb and strawberries bake and serve with custard for a perfect warming pudding.

Ingredients

Ingredients 
Unsalted butter  150 grams
Plain flour  150 grams
Salt  1 pinch
Brown sugar  150 grams
Ground almonds  150 grams

Method

Prep. (Before you begin) 

1- Cut the butter into cubes and keep cold.
 
Getting started 

1- Fit the K beater to the machine.
2- Pre heat the oven to 180ºC.
 
Stage 1 
 
1- Add Ingredients (butter, flour, salt, sugar, almonds) into the Mixer bowl.
2- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard. 
3- Mix on speed 2 until coarse crumbs form - be careful not to overmix.
4- Sprinkle the topping on top of the fruit.
5- Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
6- Serve.
