No Bake Apple Crumble

A quick and easy apple crumble! We've used digestive biscuits for our crumble topping but you can use your own favourite biscuit instead. Delicious served with cream.
Ingredients
- 3 Cooking Apples
- 300ml Water
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 50g Brown Sugar
- 100g Raisins
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 200g Biscuits

- Kcook bowl

Method
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add water, cooking apple, ground cinnamon and brown sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Then add raisins to the kCook bowl
- Stir with filler cap removed - 15 sec, speed 4
- Add cornstarch and water to a clean small bowl
- Stir with tablespoon until combined
- Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Divide content of kCook bowl between 4 drinking glasses evenly
- Sprinkle with biscuits evenly
- Serve
