This pizza has a delicious sweet and savoury flavour.
Ingredients
120ml Water
15g Dried Yeast
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
250g All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon Caster Sugar
2 tablespoons Honey
125g Mozzarella Cheese
4 Figs
70g Soft Goat Cheese
10g Mint Leaves
Tools
Oven
Parchment paper
Rolling pin

Lightly floured surface
Baking sheet - 18 x 13"
Kcook bowl
Method
Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
Add water and dried yeast to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
Then add olive oil, all purpose flour and caster sugar to the dough
Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 10
Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
Pre-heat oven - 200°C
Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
Knead slightly
Roll out into a circle
Place dough on baking sheet
Drizzle with honey
Top with mozzarella cheese
Bake - 15 min, 200°C
Remove
Garnish with figs, soft goat cheese and mint leaves
Bake - 5 min, 200°C
