These super fudgy brownies are the perfect indulgent treat for any occasion. Moreish fudge brownies with rich hazelnut chocolate and finished with crushed pecans and sea salt. Serve with vanilla ice cream for a decadent dessert.

    1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
    2. Grease and line a clean square pan with parchment paper
    3. Attach the K-Beater
    4. Add butter, dark chocolate and golden caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
    5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
    6. Cook with splashguard fitted until melted - 10 min, 80°C, Speed Min
    7. Then add egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
    8. Mix with splashguard fitted until light and fluffy - 1 min, Speed 1
    9. Then add plain flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
    10. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 1
    11. Pour mixture into square pan
    12. Spread evenly
    13. Pour hazelnut chocolate spread into the square pan gradually
    14. Using a toothpick, create a ripple effect
    15. Sprinkle with pecans and sea salt
    16. Bake until skewer tests clean - 40 min, 180°C
    17. Remove from oven and let cool
    18. Cut into squares
    19. Serve
