Chasing the Blues Away Smoothie

Swiss chard is packed with the essential mineral magnesium, which is instrumental in biochemical reactions in the brain related to boosting energy and making us feel awesome!
Ingredients
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked
- 100g Swiss chard, washed
- 100g blueberries
- 1 banana, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp linseeds
Method
- Soak the chia seeds in a little water for ten minutes.
- Place all the Ingredients into the Blend-X Pro goblet.
- Select the drinks programme - blend with the stir stick in place, until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, serve immediately and enjoy!
