Try this traditional Sicilian dish on toasted ciabatta as a starter or stirred into pasta for a delicious lunch.




  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  6. Then add onion and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  8. Then add red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper to the kCook bowl
  9. Add zucchini to the kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 120°C, speed 3
  11. Then add eggplant, cherry tomatoes, raisins and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  13. Season to taste
  14. Serve
  15. Garnish with pine nuts and flaked almonds
