These flavourful salmon burgers are very easy to make. Serve in a lightly toasted brioche bun with your favourite toppings - try lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise or just guacamole.




  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add breadcrumbs, onion, salmon fillet and egg to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Add spices to the kCook bowl
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Blend with filler cap fitted - 45 sec, speed 12
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl and cover
  8. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  9. Shape into rounds and press down
  10. Add olive oil and butter to a clean large cast iron skillet
  11. Heat until melted - medium-high heat
  12. Transfer patties to large cast iron skillet
  13. Cook each side until browned - approx 5 min
  14. Serve
