Use this recipe to decorate any vegan biscuits. Aquafaba is the water from a tin of chickpeas and is a common egg white substitute in vegan baking.

Ingredients

Ingredients 1 
Aquafaba  127 ml
 
Ingredients 2 
Icing sugar  750 grams
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.

Method

Getting started 
 
1- Fit the Whisk tool to the machine. 
 
Stage 1 
 
1- Add Ingredients 1 (aquafaba) into the Mixer bowl.
2- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard. 
3- Mix on speed Max for 1 minute. 

Stage 2 
 
1- Add Ingredients 2 (icing sugar, juice) to the bowl.
2- Mix on speed Max for about 1 minute or until glossy and smooth. 
3- Use.
