A great way to use ripened bananas, you can experiment with flavour combinations by adding peanut butter, dried fruit and nuts.

Ingredients

Bananas   3 

Ingredients 2 
Vegetable oil  82 ml
Brown sugar  100 grams
Plain flour  225 grams
Baking powder  1 1/2 Tbsp.
Ground cinnamon  1 tsp.

Ingredients 3 
Walnuts  50 grams
Dark chocolate chips  50 grams

Prep. (Before you begin) 
 
1- Peel the bananas.
2- Coarsely chop the walnuts. 

Getting started

1- Fit the K beater to the machine.
2- Line the loaf tin with parchment paper.
3- Pre heat the oven to 180ºC.
 
Stage 1 
 
1- Add Ingredients 1 (bananas) into the Mixer bowl.
2- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard. 
3- Mix on speed 4 for 2 minutes.
 
Stage 2 
 
1- Add Ingredients 2 (oil, sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon) into the Mixer bowl.
2- Mix on speed Max for 30 seconds. 
 
Stage 3 
 
1- Add Ingredients 3 (walnuts, chocolate chips) into the Mixer bowl.
2- Mix on speed 2 for 30 seconds. 
3- Transfer the batter to the loaf tin.
4- Bake for 1 hour at 180ºC.
5- Serve.
