Various Dips with wafer biscuits

Enjoy these wafer biscuits with either a hummus or salsa dip.

Method

Biscuits:
    

  1. Take the butter fresh from the fridge
  2. Cut the butter into cubes and add to the bowl
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients
  4. Process
  5. Dust the work surface with the flour
  6. Roll the pastry out into a rectangle shape, about 2mm thick
  7. Cut into 5 cm squares
  8. Line baking tray with some greaseproof paper
  9. Place the wafers onto the baking tray and place another piece of greaseproof paper on top
  10. Place another baking tray on top and place in the oven - 180C for 10minutes

  

Hummus:

  1. Drain the chickpeas
  2. Place all the ingredients into the bowl
  3. Process

  

Salsa:

  

  1. Attach the knife blades to the food processor
  2. Peel the onion and cut into quarters
  3. Deseed the chilli pepper
  4. Place all the ingredients into the food processor bowl and chop
