Vanilla Buttercream

Use this icing to decorate cakes of all sizes and sandwich between layers. Try swapping the vanilla flavouring for others, such as strawberry or lemon flavouring.
Ingredients
- 200g Butter
- 400g Icing Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- Spatula
- kCook Multi
- Kcook bowl
Method
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add butter, icing sugar, milk and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
- Scrape
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 7
- Serve
