A popular dish in Latin America. Have them as an appetiser or as part of a tapas.
Ingredients
150g Onion
280g Canned Tuna
5 Sundried Tomatoes
1 Garlic Clove
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 pinch Salt & Pepper
500g Shortcrust Pastry
1 Egg
Egg as needed

Pastry brush
Rolling pin

Lightly floured surface
Kcook bowl
Method
Pre-heat oven - 180°C
Fit max blade to kCook bowl
Add canned tuna, onion, sundried tomato, garlic clove, paprika and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
Add shortcrust pastry to a clean lightly floured surface
Roll out until 2mm thick
Cut out until 9cm round
Place on browning tray
Transfer filling to pastry
Brush with egg
Fold and press down
Brush with egg
Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 180°C
