Ingredients

• 4 Silver Leaf Gelatin Sheets
• 120ml Gin
• 120ml Cranberry Juice
• 120ml Milk
• 120ml Kahlua

Tools

• kCook Multi
• Silicone demisphere mold - 5cm
• Kcook bowl
• Drinking glass

Method

1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
2. Add gin and cranberry juice to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
5. Heat with filler cap removed - 85°C, speed 3
6. Then add silver leaf gelatin sheet to the kCook bowl
7. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
8. Pour content of kCook bowl into 6 drinking glasses evenly
9. Chill in fridge until set - approx 2 hr
10. Clean kCook bowl
11. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
12. Add milk and kahlua to the kCook bowl
13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
14. Attach lid to kCook bowl
15. Heat with filler cap removed - 85°C, speed 3
16. Then add silver leaf gelatin sheet to the kCook bowl
17. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
18. Pour content of kCook bowl into silicone demisphere mold
19. Chill in fridge until set - approx 1 hr
20. Remove carefully
21. Place
22. Decorate
23. Serve
