A simple but tasty salad, great as a healthy starter or side salad.

  1. Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  4. Slice celery stalk, cucumber and zucchini into a clean large serving bowl with direct prep attachment
  5. Add avocado, quinoa, lentils, raisins, pomegranate, flaked almonds and feta cheese to the large serving bowl
  6. Add lemon, extra virgin olive oil, mint leaves, fresh parsley and ground cinnamon to a clean medium bowl
  7. Mix with teaspoon
  8. Pour dressing into large serving bowl
  9. Toss carefully
  10. Serve
