Plain flour 200 grams
Caster sugar 35 grams
Milk 200 ml
Baking powder 1 1/4 tsp.
Salt 1 pinch
Butter 2 Tbsp.
1- Fit the Whisk tool to the machine.
1- Add Ingredients 1 (flour, eggs, sugar, milk, baking powder, salt) into the Mixer bowl.
2- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.
3- Mix on speed Max for 2 minutes.
1- Add Ingredients 2 (butter) to the frying pan.
2- Heat on a medium high heat.
3- Gradually pour the batter into the frying pan until the bottom of the pan is just covered.
4- Cook each side for about 1 minute or until golden brown.
5- Transfer the pancake to a serving plate and repeat with the rest of the batter.
