Oregano Crackers

These crackers are perfect to accompany your favourite cheeses.
Ingredients
- 200g Butter
- 400g All Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Dried Yeast
- 2 tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 100g Water
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt

Method
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add all purpose flour, dried yeast, butter, dried oregano and salt to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 6 min, speed 5
- Then add water to the pastry
- Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
- Turn out on lightly-floured surface
- Roll out thinly until 2mm thick
- Cut into squares
- Transfer pastry to baking sheet
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 180°C
- Let cool
- Serve
