- 3 tablespoons Kahlua
- 5 tablespoons Espresso

Method
- Attach the Creaming Beater
- Add dark chocolate, maple syrup, kahlua and espresso to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 60°C, Speed 1
- Serve
