Sweet Coconut and White Chocolate Sauce

This sauce works beautifully with fruit salads and can be used instead of custard or cream on your favourite sponge puddings or desserts.
Ingredients
- 225g White Chocolate
- 130g Coconut Cream
- 40g Sugar
- 150g Double Cream
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 30g Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- Kcook bowl
- Small bowl
Method
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add coconut cream, sugar, double cream and cornstarch to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Stir with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
- Then add white chocolate, butter and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
- Stir continuously with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 80°C, speed 4
- Serve
