Lemon and ginger butter goes well with fish. It can also be frozen for later use.

Method

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add butter, ginger, lemon zest, lemon juice and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  6. Roll with plastic wrap
  7. Form into a log
  8. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  9. Serve
