Lemon and Ginger Butter

Lemon and ginger butter goes well with fish. It can also be frozen for later use.
Ingredients
- 250g Butter
- 10g Ginger
- 1 Lemon Zest
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch Salt & Pepper

- Plastic wrap
- kCook Multi
- Kcook bowl
Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add butter, ginger, lemon zest, lemon juice and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
- Roll with plastic wrap
- Form into a log
- Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
- Serve
