Apple Butter

A great way to use up leftover apples, use this spread on toast, in porridge or on ice cream. If you would like an even smoother butter pass through a sieve before putting into a jar.
Ingredients
- 500g Apple
- 170g Water
- 50g Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 50g Brown Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

- Kcook bowl

Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add apple, water, granulated sugar and lemon juice to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 94°C, speed 1
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
- Then add brown sugar, ground cinnamon and water to the kCook bowl
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 10
- Cook with filler cap removed and let cool - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
- Serve
