12 Sponge Fingers
20g Flaked Almonds
750g Milk
100g Caster Sugar
30g Sultanas
Water as needed

Square pan - 9"
Steamer tray
Kcook bowl
Serving plate
Method
Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
Add milk, egg and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
Add caramel sauce to a clean square pan
Arrange sponge fingers in the square pan
Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
Scatter sultanas over the square pan
Sprinkle with flaked almonds
Clean kCook bowl
Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Add water to the kCook bowl
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
Transfer cake mould to steamer tray
Fit
Steam - approx 45 min, 104°C
Remove cake mould from steamer tray delicately
Turn out content of square mould onto serving plate
Drizzle with caramel sauce
Serve
