Homemade Butter

Making your own butter is very easy. Whip the cream, drain and then keep stored in the fridge until needed.
Ingredients
- 300ml Whipping Cream

- kCook Multi
- Kcook bowl
- Small bowl
- Sieve
Method
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add whipping cream to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 7 min, speed 7
- Drain content of kCook bowl into sieve
- Transfer butter to small bowl
- Chill in fridge
- Use
