A tasty and comforting 'one pot' pasta dish that makes an easy mid-week meal and is ready in 30 minutes. The creamy sauce is flavoured with marsala wine, mustard, crème fraiche and parmesan-plus a generous amount of ground black pepper. We used Mafalda Corta pasta, you could use another variety, ensuring that you extend the cooking time if necessary, to cook the pasta for the required amount of time.

  1. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  2. Add oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat - 1 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add onion and garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook - 3 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  7. Then add chicken breast and chestnut mushrooms to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook - 2 min, 140°C, Stir 1
  9. Cook - 4 min, 120°C, Stir 3
  10. Then add marsala, dried thyme, dried basil and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Cook - 1 min 30 sec, 140°C, Stir 3
  12. Then add chicken stock and pasta to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 110°C, Stir 4
  14. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 100°C, Stir 4
  15. Then add crème fraîche, wholegrain mustard, parmesan cheese and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  16. Cook - 1 min, 98°C, Stir 1
  17. Cook - 2 min, 98°C, Speed 3
  18. Serve
  19. Garnish with parmesan cheese
