  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 130°C, Stir 3
  5. Then add garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 130°C, Stir 2
  7. Then add chicken breast to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 12 min, 130°C, Stir 2
  9. Transfer chicken to heatproof bowl
  10. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  11. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  12. Add extra virgin olive oil, chestnut mushrooms and red onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 130°C, Stir 2
  14. Then add all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  16. Then add fresh thyme, tomato purée and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Cook with splashguard fitted - 7 min, 130°C, Stir 3
  18. Then add chicken stock and canned cannellini beans to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  19. Transfer chicken to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  20. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 104°C, Stir 4
  21. Serve
