This Greek mushroom dish is usually served chilled with crusty bread or mezze, however, it would be perfect as a main meal when served with rice, or as a hot vegetable side dish.




  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add sunflower oil, pearl onion, fresh thyme and bay leaves to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 4
  6. Then add lemon, white wine, water, tomato and coriander seeds to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 120°C, speed 3
  8. Then add button mushroom to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 4
  10. Then season with salt & pepper to taste
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  12. Cover with plastic wrap
  13. Chill thoroughly in fridge
  14. Serve
