This is a homemade baby food recipe for babies aged 6 to 7 months.
Ingredients
- 200g Sweet Potato
- 150g Cauliflower
- 500ml Water

- Kcook bowl

Method
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add sweet potato, cauliflower and water to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
- Clean kCook bowl
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Return content of colander to kCook bowl
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
- Serve
