  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C
  6. Then add brussels sprouts to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 104°C, speed 2
  8. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander then set aside
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  15. Then add pancetta and chestnuts to the kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  17. Transfer content of colander to kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 3
  19. Serve
