This cream is flavoured with brandy. Use instead of brandy butter on mince pies for a lighter option.

- 40g Icing Sugar
- 25g Brandy
- 400g Whipping Cream

Method
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add icing sugar, brandy and whipping cream to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 9
- Serve
