Chantilly cream is a sweetened vanilla flavoured cream used for desserts and you can use it in our recipe for choux buns. Please ensure the cream is chilled before whisking. If needed, repeat the whisking process until you reach the desired thickness of cream.




  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add icing sugar, vanilla extract and whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Whisk with filler cap fitted until soft peaks form then scrape bowl - 2 min 40 sec, speed 7
  6. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  7. Serve
