Blue Cheese and Sage Sauce

This sauce would work well with pasta and gnocchi or with chicken, beef or pork.




  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add butter and olive oil to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 min 30 sec, 80°C
  6. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
  8. Then add milk, garlic clove and fresh sage to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 6
  10. Then add blue cheese and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap fitted until melted - 1 min, 80°C, speed 2
  12. Serve
