This easy dish is a great takeaway alternative and takes less time to make than a delivery.

  1. Add beef filet, dark soy sauce, sesame oil and rice wine to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mix
  3. Chill in fridge - approx 20 min
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add peanut oil to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  9. Transfer content of medium bowl to kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 140°C, speed 3
  11. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander then set aside
  12. Retrieve kCook bowl
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  15. Add red bell pepper and green bell pepper to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min 30 sec, 140°C, speed 3
  19. Then add oyster sauce to the kCook bowl
  20. Season
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 140°C, speed 4
  22. Return content of colander to kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 120°C, speed 4
  24. Serve
  25. Garnish with spring onion
