- 6 Piquillo Peppers
- 1 pinch Salt & Pepper

Basque butter goes well with poultry, and can also be frozen for later use.

Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add butter and piquillo peppers to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl to taste
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted until completely mixed - 30 sec, speed 12
- Roll with plastic wrap
- Form into a log
- Chill in fridge - 1 hr
- Serve
