Prepare your Bircher breakfast the night before by combining the dry ingredients with apple juice then leave them to soak overnight. In the morning add some freshly grated apple, pear and carrot using the food processor attachment, then serve with yoghurt and sliced plums.

  1. Attach K Beater
  2. Add rolled oats, coconut, linseeds, dried cranberries, goji berries, apple juice and rye flakes to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 1
  4. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to plastic container
  5. Seal
  6. Refrigerate overnight
  7. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  8. Fit the coarse grating disc, attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  9. Grate apple, pear and carrot into the Food processor attachment
  10. Transfer content of Food processor attachment to medium bowl then set aside
  11. Clean the Food Processor attachment
  12. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  13. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  14. Add hazelnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds to the Food processor attachment
  15. Pulse until coarse crumbs form
  16. Transfer nuts to small bowl then set aside
  17. Remove the soaked oat mixture from the fridge
  18. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  19. Attach K Beater
  20. Transfer content of medium bowl to Kenwood Bowl
  21. Transfer nuts to Kenwood Bowl
  22. Transfer oat mixture to Kenwood Bowl
  23. Add greek yogurt to the Kenwood Bowl
  24. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  25. Divide the mixture between 4 serving bowls
  26. Top with greek yogurt
  27. Top with plum
  28. Serve
