Apple Compote
This is a versatile recipe that can be used as a part of a breakfast, snack or dessert. It’s also a great way to use up extra apples, try different varieties of apples for different levels of sweetness.

- 700g Apple
- 1 tablespoon Caster Sugar
- 100ml Water

- SoupEasy+
- Soupeasy+ goblet
Method
- Add apple, caster sugar and water to the SoupEasy+ Goblet
- Select Compote programme then press Start
- Serve
