- 500g Apple
- 20g Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 100g Water

A tart but tasty condiment, ideal with pork. Golden Delicious, Royal Gala or Reinette are great varieties of apple for this recipe.

Method
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice apple into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add butter, sugar and water to the kCook bowl
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
- Chill in fridge until cool
- Serve
