Ingredients

• 375g Cooking Apple
• 150g Onion
• 10g Ginger
• 1 pinch Black Pepper
• 125g Granulated Sugar
• 60g Apple Cider Vinegar
• 125g Dried Cranberries

• Jar
• Kcook bowl

Method

1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
2. Add cooking apple, onion, ginger, black pepper, granulated sugar and apple cider vinegar to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
5. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
6. Cook with filler cap removed - 50 min, 94°C, speed 3
7. Then add dried cranberries to the kCook bowl
8. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
9. Let cool slightly
10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar carefully
11. Cover and let cool
12. Serve
