Apple and Cranberry Chutney

This chutney is delicious served with cheese and crackers.
Ingredients
- 375g Cooking Apple
- 150g Onion
- 10g Ginger
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 125g Granulated Sugar
- 60g Apple Cider Vinegar
- 125g Dried Cranberries

Method
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add cooking apple, onion, ginger, black pepper, granulated sugar and apple cider vinegar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Cook with filler cap removed - 50 min, 94°C, speed 3
- Then add dried cranberries to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Let cool slightly
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar carefully
- Cover and let cool
- Serve
